How do I get a quote and a mock-up? Is it free?
Yes, it is free! However, we’ll need some information from you to create a unique design for you. Please fill out this form so we can gather the necessary information we’ll need to get started. We’ll also have one of our awesome sales staff get in touch with you right away to further discuss your needs.
What are your minimums?
Our minimum is 12 pieces per product. However, we may make exceptions for reorders.
What is your production time?
Our production time ranges from 4 to 6 weeks in the off season to 6 to 8 weeks during the peak season.
I totally dropped the ball, can I get a rush order?
Unfortunately, no we cannot. Rushing your order means that it halts the production time for the people who placed their orders on time. However, in some cases (such as reorders) the production time is usually quicker than expected.
I want to use specific colors and logos, can you do this?
Yes, we use the Pantone Solid Coated color book. However, please note that it is possible for there to be slight variances in colors depending on the fabric and reorders. Generally, these variances are not noticeable to the naked eye.

We can also definitely use your mascot for your custom gear. It is best if you provide us with a vector graphic file to ensure accuracy of all logos. There are some restrictions on creating an entirely new logo for your team or club. If you need a logo designed, we’d be happy to accommodate you for a reasonable fee.

I want to use a trademarked logo, can I do this?
We can use a trademarked logo if you have written permission from the trademark holder. For example, if your team is sponsored by XYZ Insurance, we gladly use their logo upon receipt of written authorization. It is also best for you to obtain the vector files from the sponsor at the same time you receive written permission.  It is the customers responsibility to secure approval for all logos used on production apparel.
Can I get a sample?
The best way to see a sample is to meet with one of our amazing sales representatives. We can set up an appointment at your convenience and bring all kinds of gear for you to check out. Fill out the form below and we’ll get back to you right away….

If you are in the process of purchasing from us, and we are unable to meet you…Then, yes we can send you sizing samples to fit your club. However, we cannot send you a sample of your unique design prior to purchase, as all garments are custom manufactured.

Can I buy the items from your website?
In most cases, no you cannot. We are a custom sublimation manufacturer and each order is designed and manufactured individually. We do not carry stock. However, we’d be happy to recreate one of our designs for you! Just let us know what grabs your attention and we’ll come up with something for you!
