What
is sublimation?

Sublimation
is the process where patterns or designs are firstly printed onto
paper and then transferred onto the fabric under high heat and
pressure. Temperatures used range from 190ºC
to 215ºC. At these temperatures and under high
pressure the gas in the inks explode impregnating the fabric,
leaving the permanent non fading design.

Can
we make our own design?
|

Yes!
This is a commonly asked question. Quite often people want
to come up with their own design that is unique to their team
or organization. We encourage this and can help with
your artwork or create the design for you.

Do
you still produce traditional designs?
|
|
Yes!
We still make jerseys in plain or hooped designs.
|

What
is your production period or turn around?
|
|
Normal
production time for an order is between 4 - 6 weeks in our busiest
season. At off season times, the production time can vary
and be as low as 2 - 3 weeks. It pays to ask at the time
of placing your order.

How
generous are the sizes?
|
|
We
pride ourselves on are our sizings. If you would normally
wear a size large, then most of the time, you can order anything
from KO in a size large and it will fit. Anything from a
rugby jersey through to a casual short.

How
do we pay for the gear?
|
|
We
ask for a 50% deposit with confirmation of order and/or art work
and the balance on delivery.

Is
all your gear New Zealand made?
|
|
Another
issue we are strong on. Everything we manufacture is New
Zealand made. Some ancillary sporting equipment we supply
is made outside New Zealand.

How
durable is the gear?
|

As
we say . . .
Our gear is the best in the world and we insist that it performs
as such.

Is
it easy to launder?
|
|
Yes!
We use the most friendly and easy care fabrics possible and as
long as people follow the washing instructions that are in every
garment they shouldn't have any problems.

Do
you supply sporting equipment?
|
|
Yes!
We supply a large amount of sporting equipment. And if we
cannot provide you with what you want, we generally know who can. |

Do
you have gear for all sports?
|
|
Yes!
We can supply gear for just about any sport. Some that come
to mind (Rugby, Soccer, Hockey, Netball, Basketball, Softball,
Bowls, Cricket, Volleyball). WE do all manner of playing
gear as well as gear for off the field. From warmup gear
through to after match dress gear. Bags, Balls, Caps . .
. Screen printing, Embroidery.
You name it , we do it.

What
other products do you sell?

Our
background is in fashion knitwear. So along with sportswear,
we also have a knitwear manufacturing setup supplying the New
Zealand and Australian market.
